Mobility Devices & Trailrider

Mobility Devices Available

Thanks to the Rotary Club of Campbell River, the Strathcona Park Wilderness Centre has two wheelchairs available, for anyone who needs a sturdy chair to use on the Centennial Loop Trail at Paradise Meadows. There is a third wheelchair of a different model.

Two wheelchairs have been fitted with Freewheel attachments.

There is also a Graco stroller available which can seat children up to 40 lbs.

All are available to borrow at no charge (donations are appreciated!). Contact us for more details or to arrange to borrow any of these mobility devices.

The 2 km. Centennial Loop Trail is fully accessible by any type of mobility device.
